Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of listing video editing services (“Services”). By placing an order, the client (“Client”) agrees to the terms below.
1. Service Overview
The Service includes the creation of one edited listing video using client-provided photos and/or video clips, optimized for short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.

One (1) revision included

No subscriptions or contracts
2. Order Confirmation & Start of Work

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

After purchase, the Client will receive upload instructions by email.

Editing does not begin until the Asset Submission Window is closed (see Section 3).
3. Asset Submission Window
To ensure timely delivery and avoid delays, all client files must be submitted within a single, defined upload window.

The Client will have 72 hours from receipt of the upload link to submit all assets.

Files may include up to 25 total items (photos and/or video combined).

Assets may be uploaded in one or multiple uploads within this 72-hour window only.
Uploads submitted after the window closes will not be included unless approved in writing and may require an additional fee.
The delivery timeline begins once the upload window closes, not when the first file is uploaded.
Submission of assets during the upload window confirms that the provided materials are approved for use in editing.
4. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for:

Uploading all desired files within the submission window

Ensuring files are final, complete, and ready for use

Clearly communicating any priorities or preferences at the time of upload
If no assets are submitted and no written cancellation is received within the 72-hour Asset Submission Window, the order will be considered abandoned and closed, with no obligation to deliver the Service.
5. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

The countdown begins after the Asset Submission Window closes

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays
6. Revisions
One (1) revision is included and may include:

Timing adjustments
-
Clip swaps using already-submitted assets

Minor pacing changes
Revisions do not include:
-
New footage
-
Additional uploads
-
Changes to the overall editing concept or style
Additional revisions may be available for a fee.
7. Scope Limitations
The Service does not include:

Filming
-
Drone footage
-
Voiceover recording
-
Advanced motion graphics
-
Copywriting or listing optimization
Editing style is determined by the provided assets and industry best practices.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of the Service, refunds are limited as follows:
Clients may cancel their order and receive a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided written cancellation is received before the Asset Submission Window closes and before any editing work begins.

Written cancellation must be submitted by email to support@framelisted.com within the 72-hour cancellation window.

Once the 72-hour Asset Submission Window closes, editing begins and the sale is final.
